On Friday 11th November we ran our 1st online training session. The session was run four times during the day. We recorded the third session and we are now making it generally available for your use.
- Setting up nominal codes
- Setting up Subscription Departments and how the nominal codes are used
- Setting up a product
- Applying the product to a group of members (member section)
- Looking at the Planned Year subscription yield
- Applying Extra Services and Discounts
- Producing a single Subscription Letter
- Producing Subscription letters in bulk
- Processing individual payments
- Processing payments in bulk
- Understanding the Nominal and Audit reports
- Changing a member section after a payment has been made (Note: This is now a recommended change of procedure and should be followed for 2012)
